Can I limit what users see or do in Ravetree?

Yes, you can. Ravetree offers advanced permission rules to control what users can see and do. You can limit their ability to create & edit tasks, access financial information, and much more.

These permission roles can be customized and layered, making it simple to restrict access for employees, contractors, and freelancers.

How is Ravetree different from other project management software tools?

Will Ravetree give refunds?

Ravetree does not issue refunds. If you are on a paid plan, then you can cancel at any time.

Do you store my credit card information?

Ravetree does not store your credit card information. Also, your credit card information never touches our servers. We use an industry leading credit card processing
API to handle all payments.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For paid plans we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card, and you will be billed in US Dollars. We can also accept checks, postal orders, or payments by phone.

Can I keep my data if I leave?

We provide data export features for projects, contacts, and accounts. Your exported data is saved in a .csv file which can easily be opened in programs such as Excel.

Are there setup or cancellation fees?

There are no setup or cancellation fees.

What kind of support do you offer?

We offer priority support with a 24 hour guaranteed response time to paid subscribers. You can email us at support@ravetree.com with questions about our service.

What browsers should I use?
Can I add more users?

You can always add more users once you are on a paid plan. You will be billed pro-rata for each additional
user up to your renewal date. This applies whether you are on the monthly payment plan or the annual plan.
