Ravetree and GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)  is a new privacy regulation established by the European Union (EU). It goes into effect on May 25, 2018 and introduces a series of data privacy rights for individuals, including regulations for how data is collected, used, shared, and secured.

We have taken a number of steps to help our customers comply with GDPR. Below are a few features on Ravetree that can assist you regarding requests to access, rectify, and forget personal data.

  • Data import and export tools.
    Our customers can access, import, and export their customer data as well as create on-demand portal-wide data backups.
  • Administrative tools.
    Administrators can easily delete user’s personal information via the admin section on Ravetree.
  • Account management.
    At any time an administrator can access and update your company's payment plan, settings, and billing information. All users have the ability to update their profile, customize notifications, and make other modifications to their personal settings.
